All the procured yarn for our weaving / knitting purposes is 100% tested at the Spinning Mills as per the international yarn testing standards.
Our procedures are outlined as follows;
- Raw materials inspection – Random check.
- In-line inspection to inspect the quality of work-in-progress goods.
- Lab Test
- Before and after dyeing Color matching inspection as per customer requirement.
- Full checking the quality of goods before Shipment verifying everything went in order and duly informing clients of the same.
